Whether you can help on the day or contribute baked goods, every little bit makes a difference.

Join other club families for a fun, social day while helping support our kids and the club.

Bake, Make, Donate, Volunteer

Bake cakes, slices, biscuits, fudge, rocky road … we need lots of yummy things to sell on the day. Packaging will be available at training and all items must be labelled with ingredients.

Make: If your talents are not in the kitchen then perhaps you can make things that don’t require an oven. Think marshmallows on a skewer, lolly leis, lolly bags that look like flowers/butterflies, popcorn bags that look like sheep … check out some ideas at

Donate: If making and baking aren’t your thing but you would still like to do your bit, please  consider donating a Woolies or Coles gift card to be used to purchase Eggs, Bacon, Sausages and Bread for the BBQ. You can even save yourself a trip to the shops by donatinU directly via Shop | South West United Hockey Club

Sign up to help on the day at SWUHC: Cake Stall & BBQ Fund Raiser

Jobs include:

• Setting up the marquees, tables, signage
• BBQing  the bacon and egg burgers and sausage sizzle
• Selling on the stall or roving the fields with a buggy full of goodies
• Selling Raffle tickets on the stall or around the grounds (a favourite of our juniors and seniors alike!)
• Packing up at the end of the day
